Our final day, after this there is no returning back to boat between trails - why is this notable you may ask, well each time we returned we had fresh towels left in the shape of something - here are a few.
Today is another bit of a nothing day. The morning is spent on a short excursion to a "Sea-lion Beach" located adjacent to the airport.

From here we have a quick tour around the "Interpretation Centre" (the last day, what a good bit of scheduling), after which it is back to town for lunch, loitering and supporting the local economy (gift/souvenir shops). It would have been nice to have had an interesting morning - after the last few days it would have been good to have finished on a high instead of an average.
Pelicans, Booby and the Galapagos Explorer
After the town and last views of the boat, boobies and pelicans it is off to the airport and on our way again back to Quito.
One more night in the Hotel "Cafe Cultura" before we set off tomorrow to the cloud forest, though we don't know what time we are being picked up, there is not message waiting for us.
