Total Lunar Eclipse, 2007 August 28
Observed from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

Following an excellent Solar Eclipse Conference in Los Angeles we headed north for a holiday around some national parks and stuff!
We stopped off at Salt Lake City to see Bonneville Salt Flats among other things.
Among those things was the Total Lunar Eclipse which we viewed from the exciting location of the Best Western Car Park

I mentioned the exciting location earlier - well it was around this time that the police car rolled up to investigate some guy in a parked vehicle.
He subsequently "called for back-up" and we then had two more police cars turning up... followed by a fire engine... followed by a paramedic.
